LIFETIME WARRANTY

Our Lifetime Warranty covers one-time full replacement.

Here’s the Deal:

• Everything is covered: Lenses, frames, and all components are included in our warranty.
• If your glasses are damaged, crushed, chewed, or just absolutely mangled beyond recognition, we’ll replace them.
• The replacement will be the exact same style, color as your original pair, getting you back to seeing clearly and looking sharp in no time.
• This warranty covers all prescription frame and lenses bought directly from Hyspecs.

The Not-So-Fine Print:

When you make a warranty claim, there is a simple, flat $75 processing and shipping fee.

This fee covers the cost of transferring frames/lenses between facilities, custom lens remaking, marking, fitting, and other lab work, as well as getting your new pair safely to your door. We don’t profit from it, it’s just covers the real-world cost of getting things right.

Your Lifetime Warranty includes one full replacement per pair, so if life decides to test your specs again (and again), subsequent replacements will just be at the normal retail cost of a new pair.

To make a start a claim, simply email crew@iwearhyspecs.com, include a photo of your glasses, order number, a brief description of what happened, and we’ll take it from there.

Due to the custom nature of our frames + lenses, we cannot offer refunds on prescription orders. However, if you are not satisfied with your Rx Hyspecs, please reach out to us at crew@iwearhyspecs.com.

Your PD measures the distance between the centres of your pupils (in millimetres). We use this measurement to determin where you look through the lenses of your glasses.

The average adult's PD is between 55-75mm.

Transition lenses, or "photochromic lenses", are eyeglass lenses that automatically darken in response to UV light and then return to a clear state when not exposed to it. This darkening happens when the lenses are exposed to sunlight (or certain types of UV
light), and they revert to their clear state indoors or in low-light conditions.

Transition lenses are a specific brand of photochromic lenses. The name "Transitions" is a registered trademark owned by Transitions Optical, a company that produces these specific types of photochromic lenses.
