RETURN POLICY
NON-PRESCRIPTION
We have a no questions asked 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, undamaged, or in other words "100% re-salable" condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at peter@iwearhyspecs.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
WARRANTY INFORMATION

If the product is delivered with obvious manufacturing defect and/or does not live up to description or marketing claims. Please email us at: peter@iwearhysepcs.com, we would love the opportunity to make it right.
General parts warranty: if the frame is broken within 3-months of purchase date due to manufacturing defect and/or poor craftsmanship, we will provide free replacement (including shipping). If the frame is broken after 3-months but less than 1-year of purchase date, we will provide free replacement frame but ask you to cover the cost of fulfillment and shipping service.
Please note, general part warranty does not cover:
- damage caused by misuse, neglect, or carelessness (e.g., scratches from dropping, lenses damage due to being left in high temperatures)
- any modifications or repairs not authorized by Hyspecs Eyewear®
- damage caused by natural disaster
- accidental loss or theft

GENERAL PARTS WARRANTY
If the frame is broken within 3-months of purchase date, we will provide free replacement. If the frame is broken after 3-months but less than 1-year of purchase date, we will provide free replacement frame but ask you to cover the cost of fulfillment and shipping service.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
No matter what life throws at you (or your glasses), we've got you covered. All components, including the lenses, are covered by our warranty. If at any time your glasses become damaged or defective, just give us a shout and we'll replace them for you. Here's the deal:
- The replacement glasses will be the same style, color, and prescription as your original pair, so you can keep seeing clearly and looking good, no matter where you are.
- This warranty applies to all prescription safety glasses purchased from Hyspecs or authorized distributors.
Please note a processing fee is applicable to keep our employees, well, employed. And this one-time replacement is per product, not per customer. So, if you manage to lose or break multiple pairs (hey, life is unpredictable), subsequent replacements will be subject to the cost of new pair.
